Alternatively, you can pay via Paypal, then press "Return to Merchant" on the payment complete page of Paypal at the bottom. This will take you to a form you will need to fill out to provide us with the finer details of your video, I.e, Child's name, a personal message and your email.

Without this we can not create your video.
